Eaglesun has developed a Case Management software program called Tribal Assistance System (TAS). TAS provides Tribes and Tribal Organizations the ability to create a central database of information for multiple departments. TAS is rich in function to assist each department with providing a high level of service to all clients. The development of the software has been an evolving process. Eaglesun works with each Tribe to define the various modules that make up each unique installation of the TAS software.

TAS is centered on the individual client. Common information is gathered once on an individual and shared by all departments of an organization. When client information changes it only has to be updated once to be accessible by all departments using TAS. The specific client information for each department is collected in the specific module for that department.
